If the delivery contents have been damaged in transit or the order is incorrect, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you must include your details including the order number and address the issue with the order. Please also attach any photos to help us resolve the issue with your order quickly and efficiently.
We may ask for the order to be shipped back to us depending on the circumstances, and once we have recieved the order, we will issue you a refund to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.
Once we approve of the error, we will then either exchange the goods and send out a new order or refund the cost of the goods depending on what you would like to do.
Please note - we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
