Our teabags are biodegradable and compostable. They’re free from chemicals. From toxins, From nylon, and plastic. There are no synthetic fibres, and no petroleum-based materials.

Orders and Shipping:
Upon checkout and successful payment of your order, you will be sent a confirmation email to your nominated email address. Please ensure that you have provided the correct details and check your spam/junk mail if you have not received an email. If you are having issues please contact us at info@esentea.com.au.
Please double check your order details and make sure you have entered the correct details prior to confirming and placing your order. Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot make any guarantees that we can make any changes to your order but please notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues with the order details and we will try our best to resolve your issue.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Shipping to Australia: Shipping times in Australia are between 2-7 business days depending on the delivery location and a tracking number will be provided so you can keep track of your delivery.
International Shipping: International delivery times vary depending on the country and may take up to 10-20 business days.
Please keep in mind that there may be some delays due to COVID and the delivery times may be longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and anticipate to deliver your order as quick as possible.
All domestic orders over $65 are shipped free of charge.
Standard domestic shipping fee with tracking number is $9.99.
Domestic Express Shipping fee is $14.99.
International shipping fee with tracking number is $24.99.
We offer free domestic shipping when you purchase a bundle pack or select 3 or more teas of your choice.
If you have not received a tracking number in your confirmation email or updated on your account on our website, please contact us at info@esentea.com.au and we will have it sent to you.
You will be provided with a tracking number upon order dispatch. You can check shipping updates via your online account on our website or by using the order tracking tab at the bottom of our website. You will also receive updates on your order via email.

Please keep in mind that there there may be occasional delays with our shipping carriers that are beyond our control.
If the delivery contents have been damaged in transit or the order is incorrect, please contact us by email at info@esentea.com.au.
You must include your details including the name and order number and address the issue with the order.
Please also attach any photos to help us resolve the issue with your order quickly and efficiently. We may ask for the order to be shipped back to us depending on the circumstances, and once we have recieved the order, we will issue you a refund to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.
Once we approve of the error, we will then either exchange the goods and send out a new order or refund the cost of the goods depending on what you would like to do.
Please note - we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
